ABOUT ME
A journey that unites science, body, and purpose to transform well-being into sustainable success
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
My background bridges psychology, behavioral research, and business, with a particular interest in how people interpret experience, navigate change, and relate within cultural and organizational contexts.
Alongside graduate research in consciousness, embodiment, and qualitative inquiry, I bring more than nine years of client-facing and commercial experience in North America, working across financial services, automotive, customer experience, and stakeholder engagement.
My work combines research design, in-depth interviewing, qualitative analysis, behavioral insight, and the practical understanding of people gained through high-volume, relationship-driven environments.
MSc in Psychology
Post-gradutate in Business Management
BSc in Psychology

My work sits at the intersection of academic inquiry and professional practice. Over more than nine years in client-facing and commercial environments in North America, I developed a practical understanding of decision-making, communication, trust, customer behavior, and organizational dynamics.
Alongside this experience, my academic work has focused on qualitative research, psychology, consciousness, embodiment, and culture. These two trajectories inform one another: professional environments provide direct exposure to complex human behavior, while research offers the methodological and conceptual tools to examine those patterns more systematically.
I bring both perspectives to my work — moving between data and lived experience, theory and practice, individual behavior and broader organizational or cultural contexts.

ON
NATHALIA SOUZA
I am a behavioral researcher with a background spanning psychology, qualitative research, and more than nine years of client-facing and commercial experience in North America. My work is shaped by an interest in how people make meaning, navigate change, build trust, and respond to complex social and organizational environments.
My professional experience has given me direct exposure to decision-making, customer behavior, communication, stakeholder relationships, and high-pressure contexts. In parallel, my academic work has focused on consciousness, embodiment, culture, and lived experience through qualitative and interdisciplinary research.
Rather than treating these worlds as separate, I work across them. Business experience offers a practical view of behavior in real-world settings; research provides the methodological and conceptual tools to examine those dynamics more systematically.
My current work brings these perspectives together through research, writing, public scholarship, and collaboration across academic, professional, and community contexts.
