ORGANIZATIONAL &
PROFESSIONAL CONTEXTS
Applying qualitative and behavioral insight to questions of change, engagement, trust, communication, and organizational settings.
How I approach organizational questions
Understand the Context
I began by clarifying the question, the people involved, and the organizational context. Existing evidence, stakeholder perspectives, and the broader environment help define what needs to be understood.
Explore Human Experience
Through qualitative inquiry, interviews, behavioral frameworks, and available data, I look for patterns, tensions, expectations, and points of friction that may not be visible at the surface.
Translate Insight into Direction
Findings are synthesized into clear narratives and grounded recommendations that can support decision-making, communication, engagement, and change.

SELECTED RESEARCH EXAMPLE
From Complex Qualitative Data to a Grounded Framework
In a graduate research project examining complex lived experience, I designed and conducted in-depth qualitative interviews, managed and coded more than 670 initial data points, and synthesized them into 30 categories and a five-phase analytical framework.
The project required moving iteratively between participant accounts, emerging patterns, contextual interpretation, and existing literature — turning highly nuanced human experience into a coherent explanatory model.
